Carnations Lilies Roses are imported direct from Columbia, Where as Chrysanthemums, Gypsohilia and Statice and Aster are sourced from the UK and Holland. With a wide range of exotic varieties and foliages being brought in from Florida, Australia, The Caribbean and South Africa. The giving of flowers in the form of simple posies was thought to have originated with the Romans and Egyptians, used initially during worship as offerings to their gods. We can see the evidence these offerings being given on the walls of their ancient temples, their pottery and coins.
