Just wanted to thank you for your fantastic service, the gifts that I ordered yesterday arrived with my husband this morning, delivered personally by the courier to his desk, which when he works in the local council is superb.  He was really pleased with the gifts (although I have yet to see it!) and they had the desired effect, thanks so much for personally hand writing my message, it made it all the more special, I will certainly be using you again in the future.
