About Thame
The OX postcode area, also known as the Oxford postcode area, is a group of postal districts around Abingdon, Bampton, Banbury, Bicester, Burford, Carterton, Chinnor, Chipping Norton, Didcot, Kidlington, Oxford, Thame, Wallingford, Wantage, Watlington, Witney and Woodstock in England.
Thame is a market town in Oxfordshire, England, on the River Thame between Aylesbury and Oxford.
The town is 14 miles east of Oxford, 10 miles south-west of Aylesbury and 47 miles from London. To the west of Thame the A418 road joins with the M40 motorway linking London to Birmingham.
On the third Thursday of September the town stages the Oxfordshire County and Thame Show which is the largest one day agricultural show in the United Kingdom . On the same day the main Thame fair opens. The fair lasts for 3 days and is located in the centre of the town. As a result the High Street, Upper High Street, Cornmarket, Buttermarket and the top of North Street are all temporarily closed to road traffic. In October a smaller fair is held in the parking area in the Upper High Street.
I am e-mailing to say thank you very much for your prompt attention to my order placed on the 22nd Feb and delivered this morning, 23rd. The recipient was very pleased and phoned to express their appreciation. I feel that some of the praise is due in no small measure to your good selves.
In this day and age we are all too ready to complain when things go wrong, so It is only fair to say thank you when things go well. Please be assured this will not be my only order with you.
Thank you again.
