With the addition of food gifts, hamper and chocolate ranges in 2001. We've a customer base in excess of 320,000 globally. Each gift delivery we undertake for our clients is backed by our Guarantee for your satisfaction. Card payments are cleared on a Secure Server for your security and complete peace of mind.
  • Q: Do you deliver to Southern Ireland?
  • A: No. We can not offer courier delivery to the Republic of Ireland (Eire) as it is NOT part of the UK.
  • Q: I've ordered from you before but I've forgotten may password and can't log in, Can you help me?

  • Q: I don't live in the UK can I still order and have my gift sent in the UK?
  • A: Yes. 21% of our customers live overseas. Simply order online for our lowest prices.
  • Q: What credit card can I use for payment, does it matter if my card is not registered in the UK?
  • A: You can use all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard and Amex. You can also use Solo, Maestro, Visa Electron - Delta and PayPal. Wherever your card is registered globally, we accept all online. Your payment is made on a secure server.
  • Q: Are your online prices cheaper?
  • A: Yes. We don't employ dedicated telesales staff. We rely on our customers ordering their gifts online. We pass on associated savings by way of our lower online prices. If you order by phone, and a member of staff is available when you call, you will pay a higher price. Customers ordering by phone are not eligible for free delivery, promotional or sale prices or to use any promotional or discount code they may have.
  • Q: Do you deliver same day in the UK?
  • A: No not yet. We are working currently on a same day UK wide flower delivery option, due for launch in around 6 months from now.
  • Q: Can I send a message with my gift?
  • A: Yes. You have up to 150 characters of message space. A promotional stylish, high gloss card is included free with your gift. However senders can up-grade to a full size folding gift card at the checkout if the prefer for a small additional fee. Both versions can be seen at the checkout where you can decide
  • Q: Can I find your products online anywhere else?
  • A: No. Our flowers and hampers are exlusive to us along with our Eden4 Range of luxury chocolates. Our florists and Hamper Team design our products in conjunction with our Product Development Team. Photography is handled by our in-house studio who also design our exclusive range of gift cards.
  • Q: Can I get my Flowers by Post gift delivered on a specific day or date, if I am willing to pay extra?
  • A: Yes. Simply select the delivery option you need on your way to the online checkout several options are available to you.
  • Q: Can the contents of my gift vary. Do you change contents or colours without prior notice?
  • A: The products we use in the majority of our gifts are fresh, whether foods or flowers. We are committed to meeting our customers expectations on quality. On occasions it may be necessary for us to make a substitution and it might not be possible to notify the sender. If you requirement specific with regard to the contents of your gift we ask that you telephone us to establish availability prior to ordering. We do reserve the right to substitute any product or container for similar or higher quality without prior notice.
